RobynTruluck is a dedicated sports and exercise therapist committed to optimising physical well-being and performance. With specialised training in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, Robyn brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.
Beginning with a Bachelor's degree in sports and exercise therapy, Robyn's journey reflects her deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Her passion for making a tangible difference led her to pursue advanced studies, earning her a degree as well as various other skills such as soft tissue mobilisation, manual manipulation of joints, dry needling, and acupuncture, and being a dedicated personal trainer in the past. Throughout her academic career, Robyn demonstrated exceptional clinical skills and compassionate patient care.
In her role at a Proformance Clinics, Robyn plays a pivotal role in rehabilitating athletes either looking to get back to training or keeping them in good physical health and individuals recovering from injuries. Her personalised treatment plans, encompassing hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Robyn's commitment to healthcare extends beyond her clinical practice. She stays updated on the latest advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation techniques through ongoing education and collaboration with colleagues. She also has a keen interest in Rugby and continues to work with various teams in the UK and has recently been travelling to Dubai 7’s for pitch-side medical assistance and rehab. With her expertise and empathy, Robyn fosters a supportive environment where individuals thrive on their journey to recovery and optimal health. She embodies the essence of a sports and exercise therapist dedicated to transforming lives through movement and rehabilitation both in the clinic and in her personal life.
