Assessment

Our experienced Chiropractors will provide a comprehensive assessment, attaining a full clinical history to understand how your symptoms have been impacting on your life and performing a thorough physical examination to get to the root cause. This enables our Chiropractor’s to answer the 4 things most patients want to know:

·      What’s wrong with me

·      How long will it take to get better

·      What can I do to help myself

·      What we can do to help

Treatment Journey

You will be offered an individual plan of management based on the findings of your initial assessment. This will be informed by up to date research and guidelines, clinical experience as well as your preferences as the patient. This may involve the following (not exhaustive):

·      Pain Education

·      Movement and exercise prescription

·      Manual therapy such as manipulation, soft tissue work and dry needling

·      Shockwave therapy

·      Activity modification

·      Lifestyle guidance including diet and sleep advice

·      Relaxation strategies

The ultimate goal for our Chiropractors is to support you in your journey back to the things that are important to you as well as help you understand your symptoms and how to reduce the risk of them returning in the future.
